4. Body images, health data and AI
Where supported, users may voluntarily provide body images, health or fitness information for analysis, progress tracking or personalized services. SuiFit does not assume that uploaded body images may automatically be used to train AI models or for unrelated commercial purposes. SuiFit may use third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, subscription management, AI services, image processing, analytics, email and notifications, customer support, cybersecurity, fraud prevention and cloud storage. Personal data is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
7. Payment data
Where payment services are used, payment information may be processed by approved payment providers such as Geidea. Where supported, tokenization may be used for recurring payments rather than storing sensitive payment-card information with SuiFit.

Some technology or service providers may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, SuiFit will follow the applicable requirements of the Saudi PDPL and its regulations, including appropriate safeguards where required.
